So… you think your business is “for everybody?”
Be honest—how’s that working out?
Here’s the thing: when you try to be for everyone, you end up being for no one. Your message gets watered down, your dream clients scroll right past, and you’re left wondering why it’s not landing.
What that looks like IRL:
• Saying yes to clients who are not your vibe
• Offering services you don’t even enjoy (but hey, everyone else is doing it, right?)
• Burning out trying to please everyone—and feeling kind of meh about it all
I know this because I’ve been there. And I want to help you shift gears.
First: get specific about your audience.
Seriously—when you know exactly who you’re talking to, everything gets easier. Your messaging gets sharper, your offers get stronger, and yep, more of the right people start showing up.
Next: find out where they hang out.
Not like, literally—no stalking. But are they scrolling Instagram? Hanging out on TikTok? Deep in a weirdly active Facebook group? Maybe lurking in some niche Reddit thread? Figure it out and show up there.
You don’t need to be on every platform. You just need to be intentional.
Moral of the story?
Ditch the “for everyone” energy and step into your actually-for-someone power. Your business (and your mental health) will thank you.
